Biographical note:

HelenMolesworth spent ten years as a jewellery specialist for Sotheby”s andChristie”s auction houses in London and Geneva, before joining Gubelin as Managing Director to create andrun the coloured gemstone Academy. She is now Senior Curator ofJewellery at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

RachelGarrahan is Project Curator at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Before that shewas the award-winning Jewellery and Watch Director at British Vogue. She is aFreeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, and has written widely onluxury, art and culture for a broad range of publications.
